Demolition project (including government environmental fee):
1.1) Demolition of old wooden doors, frames, floor tiles, and skirting boards or wooden floors in living room and bedrooms.
1.2) Demolition of old bathroom fixtures and wall tiles, and floor tiles.
1.3) Demolition of old kitchen fixtures and wall tiles, and floor tiles.
Bathroom renovation:
2.1) New wall and floor tiles (including designated imported Italian tiles).
2.2) New built-in bathtub with waterproofing.
2.3) New tempered glass shower screen (including designated style).
2.4) New indoor water pipes (using Australian or British-made hot and cold water copper pipes).
2.5) New aluminum false ceiling with two LED lights (including designated style).
2.6) Installation of bathroom fixtures, including toilet, sink, faucet, showerhead, and showerhead faucet (including designated KOHLER styles).
Kitchen renovation:
3.1) New wall and floor tiles (materials provided by the customer).
3.2) New kitchen cabinets with fireproof board surface, seamless stone countertop and sink (including 10 feet of base cabinets and 10 feet of wall cabinets).
3.3) New indoor water pipes (using Australian or British-made hot and cold water copper pipes).
3.4) New aluminum false ceiling with two LED lights (including designated style).
3.5) Installation of sink and sink faucet (including designated KOHLER styles).
Living room and bedroom renovation:
4.1) New (600x600mm)/(200x1200) floor tiles with skirting boards (including designated imported Italian tiles).
4.2) Scraping of original primer from walls and ceiling, applying eco-friendly moisture-proof paint.
4.3) Plastering and sanding of walls and ceiling, applying Dulux odorless latex paint.
4.4) New feature wall in living room and bedroom.
4.5) New window sill and floor sill with suction cups made of marble (including designated style).
Furniture renovation:
5.1) New making and installation of 50 feet of full-house furniture (including edge sealing).
5.2) New making and installation of wooden doors and frames (including designated style).
5.3) New making of full-house light troughs and false ceilings (including designated style).
Electrical renovation:
6.1) New installation of single-phase 60A FUSE box with leakage and circuit breakers (1 set).
6.2) New installation of 50 in-wall concealed outlets (including designated LEGRAND switch panel).
Other services:
7.1) Professional cleaning and disinfection service with formaldehyde removal after completion of the project.
7.2) Design of full-house furniture and panoramic view (1 set included).
