Demolition Project (Government Acquisition and Environmental Protection Fees Included)
1.1) Demolish and remove old wooden doors and frames, floor tiles with skirting, or wooden floors with skirting.
1.2) Demolish and remove old fixtures and wall tiles with floor tiles in the bathroom.
1.3) Demolish and remove old fixtures and wall tiles with floor tiles in the kitchen.
Bathroom Renovation
2.1) Install new wall tiles with floor tiles (materials provided by the customer).
2.2) Install new bathtub with anti-leakage measures.
2.3) Install new seamless stone countertops with bathroom cabinets (2 feet long) and mirrored cabinets (2 feet long) (materials provided by the customer).
2.4) Install new indoor hot and cold water pipes (using Australian or British-made copper pipes).
2.5) Install new aluminum false ceiling with two LED lights (designated style included).
2.6) Install fixtures, including toilets, sinks, faucets, showerheads, and showerhead faucets (materials provided by the customer).
Kitchen Renovation
3.1) Install new wall tiles with floor tiles (materials provided by the customer).
3.2) Install new kitchen cabinets with fire-resistant board surface and seamless stone countertops with receiving edges (8 feet long for floor cabinets and 8 feet long for wall cabinets).
3.3) Install new indoor hot and cold water pipes (using Australian or British-made copper pipes).
3.4) Install new aluminum false ceiling with two LED lights (designated style included).
3.5) Install zinc basin and zinc basin faucet (materials provided by the customer).
Living Room and Bedroom Renovation
4.1) Install new floor tiles with skirting (600x600mm)/(200x1200) (materials provided by the customer).
4.2) Remove the original primer, apply environmental moisture-proof paint to the walls and ceiling (excluding kitchen and bathroom).
4.3) Apply plaster to the walls and ceiling, sand with sandpaper, and apply Nippon Jotun's odorless latex paint.
4.4) Install new wooden doors with frames (materials provided by the customer).
4.5) Install new window sill and floor tiles with suction nozzle (materials provided by the customer).
Other Projects
5.1) Clean up debris during the project.
5.2) Perform renovation cleaning services after completion.
